Introduction

If this is your first time seeking counseling, welcome. Embarking on a journey of healing can be intimidating and overwhelming. I’m here to make that journey smoother. I thrive in helping individuals discover the hidden obstacles, holding them back from who they want to be. Together, we’ll look past quick fixes and cliché answers, working towards the heart of the issue to live more fully alive. That is the essence of the psychodynamic approach I use. I work with a wide variety of clients dealing with all manner of issues, including depression, a general feeling of being stuck in life, relationship difficulties, and chronic stress. Whatever you are struggling with, there is room for it here. Let’s figure out a way forward together. I graduated from William Jewell College with a degree in International relations and French before attending MidAmerica Nazarene University’s graduate program for counseling. In my free time, I enjoy triathlons, coffee, music, and traveling.
