Introduction

I'm passionate about creating a safe space for all people. I offer an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and other marginalized communities to explore who they are and heal from what they've experienced. As a master's-level counseling intern, I work from an attachment- and emotionally focused perspective, recognizing that our earliest relationships shape how we connect with ourselves and others. I'm drawn to helping people navigate identity questions, relationship dynamics, trauma, and the complex ways systemic oppression shows up in our lives. I work with individuals, couples, and families across all adult ages, and I'm particularly interested in supporting folks exploring diverse relationship structures, gender identity, and sexuality. Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, attachment patterns, or simply seeking to understand yourself more deeply, I'm here to meet you with warmth and without judgment. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. I take most private insurance and medicare/medicaid.
