Introduction

I provide relational, trauma-informed therapy for adults, adolescents, and children in-person in Hayes Valley, San Francisco, or virtually throughout California. I believe that the strong relationship I build with my clients allows for personal exploration, healing, and growth. Whether assisting adults in life transitions, guiding adolescents in self-discovery, or supporting parents during family challenges, I strive to build a welcoming, attuned environment. I offer a space where you can explore the most personal parts of your story without judgment. Every person's journey is unique and I am committed to tailoring my approach with research-based interventions to meet your needs. I also believe in the healing power of humor and play to make space for joy amidst life's difficulties. My areas of specialization include supporting young men with life transitions, career stress, relationship issues, anxiety, and depression, and incorporating play therapy into my work with children. However, I enjoy working with individuals from all identities and histories. My extensive clinical training and experience includes work at UCSF's Memory and Aging Center, Dyslexia Center, and Benioff Children's Hospital, as well as at the Wright Institute's psychodynamic Clinic, and WestCoast Children's Clinic. I feel well-equipped to help my clients navigate life's complex challenges.
