I bring a grounded, relational, and practical approach to counseling, with a particular interest in helping people navigate trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, major life transitions, and questions of identity and purpose. Before entering the counseling profession, I served over 20 years in the U.S. Army. Those experiences shaped my appreciation for resilience, but also for the complicated ways that stress, trauma, relationships, and life experiences can affect us over time. I especially enjoy working with veterans, first responders, and others who may be accustomed to taking care of everyone else while struggling to make space for themselves. I also enjoy working with those seeking to create, sustain, or repair non-traditional romantic relationships. My approach is collaborative and conversational. I believe meaningful therapy requires both a strong therapeutic relationship and a willingness to look honestly at the patterns, experiences, and relationships that have shaped us. My goal is to provide a space where you can speak openly, gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and begin making changes that feel authentic and sustainable.
