I believe deeply in the human capacity for change, but also that we can’t always do it alone. Therapy offers a space where we can explore, make sense of things, and grow with the support and empathy we all need to grow into the people we want to be. As a long-time teacher, I have years of experience doing compassionate and reflective work with young people from all backgrounds. That work continues to shape my approach as a therapist, even as I enjoy working with adults across all stages of life. My particular interests are depression, anxiety, and grief, but I’m also here to help with whatever you're facing. Together, we’ll work at your pace to unpack your experience and build practical, empowering skills. We’ll also explore meaning, values, and purpose, whatever that looks like for you. Regardless of what has led you to seek help, know that you are capable of finding relief, insight, and a path forward. Even if you're not sure where to start or where you want to go, we can begin wherever you are and see where it leads. If you think we’d be a good fit, I’d be glad to connect.
