I can help you get more specific with what is not working, identify the underlying thoughts and emotions, and find ways to access your inner wisdom in order to live a more balanced, healthy life. I support individuals and couples navigate the challenges of their mental health issues and relational problems. I also work with people looking to become more connected to themselves and improve overall well-being. In addition to providing traditional counseling approaches, I also offer dance/movement therapy and sound healing as alternative and expressive treatment modalities. I am a board-certified dance/movement therapist (BC-DMT) with the American Dance Therapy Association and hold a certificate in sound healing with crystal singing bowls.
