As a therapist, I have been witness to how systems impact our beings and how we, in turn, can impact systems. Issues can arise when there is an imbalance between ourselves and the systems around us as we seek a sense of well-being. My goal as a clinician is to understand you as an individual while including your cultural, social, and professional backgrounds to create a space of support and change. I have lived experience that has allowed me to see from multiple perspectives. I understand the power of connection, communication, and influence of our various backgrounds. I am particularly passionate about continuing to work with individuals from historically marginalized communities, especially those healing from intergenerational trauma, navigating identities, and seeking to cultivate deeper self-awareness and emotional resilience during pivotal life moments. My approach integrates psychodynamic insight, CBT techniques, DBT skills, and the Internal Family Systems (IFS) framework, along with grounding and mindfulness practices.
