I help adults and adolescents facing depression, grief, anxiety, mood difficulties, and challenges with separations and major life transitions. Therapy is a place for those parts of our lives that don’t otherwise have a place. It is a place for what we cannot otherwise say or fully feel—where the confusing, conflictual, the overwhelming, and the intolerable can be without having to make sense. Bringing these parts of ourselves into dialogue can lead to understanding and change. It’s my hope that speaking as freely as possible in a dialogue based on safety and respect will help you explore and bear unacknowledged emotions and desires, connect present difficulties to broader themes and patterns, and gain new perspectives that yield more context and complexity. I'm here to listen and offer a supportive space where you can speak freely without judgment. If you would like to see if we're a good fit or if you have any questions I might be able to answer, please reach out by phone or email.
