I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, parents, and families navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, behavior concerns, and life transitions. My approach is relational, collaborative, and solution-focused, with a strong emphasis on self-awareness, communication, advocacy, and practical tools clients can use in everyday life. With a background in early childhood education, I help clients understand how early experiences and family dynamics continue to shape relationships and emotional health. I specialize in relationships, parenting challenges, family systems, and neurodivergence, including ADHD assessment and support for children and adults. I am currently accepting new clients and strive to create a supportive, transparent space where clients feel understood and empowered.
