Neela Trivedi, M.S., NCC, LPC-Associate Supervised by Samantha L. Edwards, M.S., LPC-S, NCCFounder, Bridge2Growth Counseling Services, PLLC Hello and welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. Taking the first step toward therapy isn’t easy, and it’s completely normal to feel unsure about where to start. My name is Neela, and I work with adults and couples who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, or simply feeling stuck and wanting change. Whether you’re exploring your identity, healing from past wounds, or learning to manage stress in new ways, this space is for you , a space to feel seen, supported, and safe. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique story. I integrate a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. Our work together will focus on helping you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, strengthen your coping skills, and move toward greater self-acceptance and emotional balance. As a South Asian clinician, I hold a special passion for supporting individuals and couples from diverse cultural backgrounds, especially first- and second-generation immigrants who may be navigating intergenerational expectations, identity exploration, or acculturation stress. I recognize that culture, faith, and family systems shape our perspective on the world and ourselves. My goal is to honor those parts of your story while empowering you to grow in the direction that feels authentic to you. Before becoming a counselor, I spent years in business and healthcare consulting, which deepened my understanding of how people balance multiple roles and stressors in their personal and professional lives. This perspective informs my therapeutic style: practical yet warm, structured yet flexible. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking with you at a pace that feels right. Together, we can build the tools, insight, and confidence you need to create lasting change. Healing isn’t about rushing to the finish line; it’s about growing through each step, with support, compassion, and intention. I offer in-person sessions in Hurst and Frisco, TX, as well as telehealth across Texas. Sliding scale options are available through Open Path. If you’re ready to begin, I’d be honored to walk alongside you as you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be.
