I help individuals and couples move through life’s hardest emotional chapters in a space built on safety, compassion, and genuine care. My work centers on adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, work-related stress, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. In our sessions, we’ll explore what makes your experience unique, draw on the strengths you already carry, and build coping strategies that create real, lasting change toward the life you want. As a South Asian immigrant myself, I know firsthand how culture, family expectations, and the immigrant experience shape mental health and relationships. I bring that understanding into my work with South Asian and immigrant clients navigating identity and cultural concerns, while offering an inclusive, affirming space for people of every background. Outside the therapy room, you’ll find me hiking, cooking, or spending time with family and friends. I believe healing grows from a therapeutic relationship rooted in trust, authenticity, humility, and compassion. My goal is simple: help you feel heard, understood, and equipped to build a more meaningful life.
