I specialize in working with adolescents and adults seeking trauma-focused therapy for anxiety, PTSD, and long-standing relational or emotional patterns. Many of the individuals I support are high-functioning in daily life but continue to experience internal reactivity, stress responses, or patterns rooted in past experiences. My approach is grounded in EMDR and Somatic (mind–body) therapy to help the nervous system process trauma at its roots. Treatment focuses on reducing hypervigilance, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, and chronic self-doubt while increasing internal steadiness and resilience. Sessions often include slowing down to build awareness of body responses, identifying recurring patterns, and engaging in reflective dialogue that supports deeper insight and lasting change. Therapy is collaborative, structured, and paced according to your capacity. This work is best suited for individuals who are generally stable in day-to-day functioning and seeking deeper trauma processing rather than immediate crisis intervention. For clients who request it, trauma-focused treatment can thoughtfully incorporate Christian faith in a respectful and client-led manner. At OneLife, we believe meaningful change is possible. Our goal is to provide a compassionate and structured environment that supports long-term growth and emotional healing.
