I hold a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). My background includes residential treatment, community mental health, and school-based settings. My work is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relational. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as ACT, IFS, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I have completed specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) through Postpartum Support International, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals through the emotional complexities of pregnancy and postpartum.
