Introduction

Pregnancy, postpartum, and life transitions can bring both joy and unexpected emotional challenges. You don’t have to navigate them alone. I provide telehealth therapy for adults in Washington and California, with a specialization in perinatal mental health, including pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. With over ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a range of settings, I bring a steady, compassionate presence to this work. My approach is collaborative, relational, and grounded in deep respect. I aim to truly listen—honoring where you’ve been while helping you move toward where you want to go. ~ I support clients navigating: Anxiety and stress Depression Women’s mental health Grief and loss Burnout and overwhelm Life transitions and identity shifts Perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs), including postpartum anxiety and depression No matter what brings you here, you’ll be met with warmth, curiosity, and a non-judgmental space to be fully yourself. ~ About My Approach: I earned my Master of Social Work from Boston College and am licensed as a LICSW in Washington and an LCSW in California. I hold a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). My background includes residential treatment, community mental health, and school-based settings. My work is trauma-informed, attachment-based, and relational. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as ACT, IFS, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. I have completed specialized training in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) through Postpartum Support International, and I’m passionate about supporting individuals through the emotional complexities of pregnancy and postpartum. Together, we’ll find approaches that feel supportive, practical, and aligned with who you are—helping you move toward greater steadiness, clarity, and self-trust. ~ If you’re looking for perinatal therapy, postpartum support, or online therapy in Washington or California, you’re not alone—and support is available. I’d love to connect and see if we're a good fit.
