Introduction

I am an Associate Professional Counselor, with certifications as an Anger Management Specialist and Clinical Trauma Professional. My preferred clinical approach is Existential therapy. I am a culturally-responsive therapist, comfortable and competent working with couples and marital issues; sex-based concerns and with clients living with PTSD and BPD. I utilize Relational Psychotherapy with all clients, applying additional Psychotherapeutic skills and techniques where need with clients. Ultimately, your Existential healing and Mental Wellness are my focuses with patients.
