Introduction

We provide non-clinical peer support and housing stabilization services for individuals experiencing homelessness, housing instability, reentry, or transitioning from treatment or crisis situations. Our mission is to help individuals build stability, independence, and a strong foundation for long-term success. At New Leaf, we meet people where they are. We offer support before, during, and after major life transitions through peer coaching, life skills development, and individualized support plans. Our services include housing navigation, workforce readiness, budgeting, and daily living support. We currently serve individuals throughout the Denver metro area and are expanding to support more communities in need.
