Introduction

Do you find yourself stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand or haven’t been able to change? Have you been feeling overwhelmed by emotions, struggling with Eating Disorder, body image, relying on substances or other ways of coping? Feeling disconnected from yourself and the people around you? You may have worked hard to understand what’s happening or tried different ways to feel better, yet still find yourself returning to the same struggles. If you are going through the overwhelming pain of Eating Disorder, Substance Use, Addiction, Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, or OCD you don’t have to figure it out alone. I specialize in Eating Disorders, Body image, Substance use disorder, Addiction, Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Nervous System Reset. My approach integrates mind and body, combining therapeutic work with practical tools for everyday life. I draw from EMDR, ART, IFS-informed work and Somatic Experiencing, plus ACT, DBT, CBT, and other approaches, with an emphasis on shame resilience and self-compassion. Together, we can make sense of your experience and tailor therapy to what you need. I bring 6 years of experience in substance use treatment, 4 years in residential eating disorder treatment, and specialized trauma training. I know I can help, and I understand that reaching out can feel vulnerable. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, and respect without judgment. Reach out for a free consultation, and we can move forward together.
