Introduction

I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing challenges related to anxiety, trauma, emotional regulation, and life stressors. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable expressing themselves while developing practical skills to better manage emotions, improve communication, and navigate difficult experiences. I utilize evidence-based approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and developmentally appropriate techniques to help clients build resilience and create meaningful change in their lives.
