Introduction

Hello! My name is Nicholas Beard, and I am the owner of Bridgewater Behavioral Health. I am a native of Lake Havasu City, Arizona and have been working between Texas and Arizona for the last several years. Over the last 10+ years, I have trained and practiced in helping individuals with issues such as anxiety, depression, body image, relationships, family conflict, trauma, and sexual abuse. I am nationally certified and licensed with both the state of Arizona and Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am Stacey Benjamin. After 15 years in education, I followed my passion for helping others by earning my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am honored to serve the Lake Havasu City community by providing compassionate, affordable counseling services for children, adolescents, and adults ages 6 and up. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered to navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, I am committed to helping you build on your strengths and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
