Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor based in Chicago, offering therapy for individuals seeking deeper connection with themselves and others. I work with clients of all backgrounds, and I have a particular focus on supporting men, gay men, and LGBTQ+ adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-doubt, and relationship challenges. I especially enjoy working with people who have been in therapy before—often for years—and who feel they “know enough” but are still waiting for the deeper internal shifts to happen. Together, we move beyond simply understanding the patterns into truly experiencing and living the change. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy and shaped by years of experience helping people move beyond old patterns and toward lives that feel more authentic and connected. I believe that therapy is not about fixing what is broken but about uncovering the strength, clarity, and compassion that are already within you. Alongside my clinical work, I also provide coaching and consulting for leaders and organizations that want to build healthier, more psychologically safe cultures. Whether in the therapy room, in a coaching session, or with a leadership team, my goal is the same: to help people feel less alone, more confident, and more connected.
