I'm Nicholas (he/they), a queer psychotherapist who believes therapy should be a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported. I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship concerns, and identity exploration. I am especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, BIPOC communities, neurodivergent clients, and those impacted by marginalization. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe healing happens through a combination of self-understanding, practical tools, and a strong therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, connected, and more aligned with their authentic selves. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish.
