I’m Nicholas Hill, LPC, and the owner of Broad Winged Counseling. I work with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, sexuality, life transitions, and questions of identity and purpose. My approach is grounded in somatic therapy and the Hakomi method, a mindfulness-based approach that invites us to slow down and become curious about how thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and past experiences show up in the body. Rather than treating symptoms as something to simply eliminate, I see many patterns as meaningful adaptations that once served a purpose. Together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion and create space for new possibilities. Therapy with me is collaborative, experiential, and grounded in your own lived experience. We may work with body sensations, breath, movement, mindfulness, and present-moment awareness alongside conversation and reflection. My aim is to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, build more choice in how you respond to life, and move toward relationships and ways of living that feel more authentic and aligned. I offer individual and couples therapy for adults throughout Colorado, both online and in person in Durango. OFFICE LOCATION: 1911 Main Ave Ste 234, Durango, CO 81301
