Taking the step to begin therapy shows strength, and I’m glad you’re here. As an Army Veteran and someone who spent many years in the corporate world, I’ve faced life’s transitions and understand how overwhelming it can feel when the past shapes the present. You don’t have to carry those burdens alone. Together, we’ll process old wounds, restore balance, and move forward with clarity utilizing research-supported approaches, including EMDR, to support lasting healing.
