If you have experienced trauma or other tough life events, you may feel stuck with the emotional fallout from those experiences. There might be feelings that make you feel anxious, guarded, or simply exhausted. Together we will focus on moving beyond just 'coping' with these feelings. While we understand that we cannot change our past we can work together toward meaningful change in the present by moving to a less distressing/disturbing relationship with those memories and events.
