Introduction

My strength as a therapist is helping others discover and align with what matters most to them, rather than what fear, guilt, or past experiences have dictated. When we fully understand the patterns that shape our feelings and behaviors, clarity and relief become possible. If you are feeling stuck or frustrated, or are lacking the confidence to move forward, we will work together to reverse self-limiting beliefs, build effective habits, and strengthen healthy connections. You deserve to experience healing and the opportunities that come with it. I look forward to supporting you on that journey. I provide both in-person and telehealth appointments in Arizona and telehealth appointments in Colorado. I have over 12 years of experience with clients of all ages and specialize in supporting adolescents, addressing men's issues, healing religious wounding, and navigating life transitions. I am highly experienced in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), which are highly effective in the treatment of trauma and PTSD symptoms, as well as depression and anxiety. Whether it's your first time in therapy or you're looking for a different provider, the process can be intimidating. I offer free phone consultations to address any questions or concerns and to help you determine if we will be a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you! Please Note: The signatures of both parents are required for children to participate in therapy. I do not write letters to the court or for attorneys. I also do not make recommendations for visitation or custody arrangements. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my beautiful wife, Skylar, and my dog, Puff. I also enjoy songwriting, board games, traveling and ultra running! “You will always feel fear, but over time you will realize the only way to truly manage your fear is to broaden your comfort zone.” – Alex Honnold
