Together, we will create an individualized treatment plan to dive deep into the emotional roots of your experiences in order to help you realize and refine the skills you already have so you may live the life you deserve, one without mental health burdens. My background centers around three core therapeutic modalities: EMDR, CBT, and DBT. I have found this combination has helped shape a well-rounded approach to treatment, including emotional processing, logical reasoning, and individual skill development. I've also utilized tabletop roleplaying games in group therapy settings to facilitate social growth. Perhaps the most important piece of your therapeutic treatment is the relationship you have with your therapist, which is why I focus our treatment on building the trust and rapport needed for real change to occur.
