Introduction

I help adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted. Many of my clients are high functioning on the outside and struggling internally with anxiety, trauma, relationship strain, or burnout. My approach is direct, grounded, and practical. We work on emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, and breaking patterns that keep you looping in the same stress cycles. I use evidence based methods including CBT, ACT, DBT, and trauma informed care to help you build real change that holds up in daily life. I provide telehealth services across Texas, New Mexico, and Florida.
