I’m a licensed clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, OCD, and related challenges. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), a practical, science-based approach that helps people feel better and build lasting skills for managing life’s difficulties. I am board certified in Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology (ABPP). My career has included many years in academic clinical psychology, where I trained, taught, and supervised clinicians while also providing therapy to adults from a wide range of backgrounds. Throughout that time, my clinical focus has remained the same: helping people understand what’s keeping them stuck and supporting them in making meaningful, sustainable changes. In our work together, my goal is to create a collaborative, respectful, and supportive space where you feel understood. CBT focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and actions, and we’ll work together to identify patterns that may be contributing to distress. Therapy is active and skills-focused, but also compassionate and tailored to you. Many clients appreciate that CBT offers both relief in the short term and tools they can continue using long after therapy ends. Pelham CBT is a fully remote practice, offering teletherapy to adults who value high-quality, focused care delivered in a flexible and convenient format. I strive to be welcoming of clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, and I approach therapy with curiosity, openness, and respect. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for things to feel different, I’d be glad to help you explore whether CBT at Pelham CBT is a good fit for you.
