Hi there! I’m Nick Saunders, a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) at Dynamis Counseling. I know that finding a new therapist can be an overwhelming process, so the fact that you are here seeking help with your struggles shows just how strong you really are. I hold a Master of Counseling degree from Arizona State University, and a Certificate in Addiction Studies from the University of Minnesota. I also have years of experience working with teens as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) in Minneapolis. I currently work with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, substance use, career issues, relationship problems, and other difficulties. My passion lies in helping those struggling with mental health and addiction issues simultaneously. I take a holistic approach when designing your treatment plan to incorporate mind, body, and spirit into your recovery. I envision our work as an empowering partnership based on trust and safety. You can be your true self in our sessions without fear of judgment or labeling - my promise is that I will always show up authentically for you in return.
