Introduction

*CURRENT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS* “Forces beyond your control can take away everything you possess except one thing, your freedom to choose how you will respond to the situation.” Victor Frankl In this world of chaos I provide compassion, care and strategies for managing the confusion of today’s culture. I integrate faith into therapy for those who are interested. I provide alcohol and drug counseling for individuals, couples, and families grappling with substance abuse. I also provide grief and loss counseling primarily for men seeking healing. Personally, I can genuinely relate to these hard experiences as I’ve had my own share of crises and losses. I also provide tools to addressed anxiety and depression. Professionally, I have primarily worked in the mental health field since 2001, the majority of that time helping people find freedom from addictions. Additionally, I lived in South Korea for three years and have an a lot of personal and professional experience navigating cross cultural challenges between American, Korean, and Japanese cultures. Feel free to give me a call and I will provide a free 15 minute consultation with you to see if we are a good fit. I do not accept insurance but will provide you with a super bill to return to your insurance provider for reimbursement. At this time, I am providing services through HIPAA secure video and phone sessions only.
