I take a humanistic approach to counseling and believe in partnering with my clients to help them find their strengths to be successful in tackling life's challenges. My style of therapy includes EMDR, motivational interviewing, parts work, cognitive behavioral therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I enjoy working with adults and teenagers who have experienced symptoms of anxiety, depression, low self esteem, trauma, and perfectionism. I enjoy helping people create healthy habits and building mastery of new skills to create a more fulfilling life.
