My name is Nicole Albee (she/her), LCSW, and I’m so glad you are here! Everyone needs space to process life, including its challenges and successes. I am here to help you do that. By using a holistic approach to your mental health, together we will explore aspects of your internal and external environment. We will discover what holds you back and ultimately what empowers you. Through the use of Somatic practices/Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy, my goal is to support you in establishing, and taking, the necessary steps to create positive change in your life. I would be honored to partner with you on your therapeutic journey. I offer Telehealth services throughout the state of Maine, and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) in Augusta.
