I feel the most at home working with people who are carrying a lot—the high-achieving students drowning in pressure, the professionals juggling chronic illness and career demands, anyone feeling burned out by competing expectations. As a social worker, I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, and I'm particularly skilled at helping LGBTQIA+ individuals navigate identity and life transitions. I'm trained in EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I continuously expand my training to offer the most current, evidence-based approaches. Whether you're processing grief, building coping skills, adjusting to major life changes, or simply trying to find your footing again, I'm here to help you feel less alone in the struggle. I work with young adults and adults across the lifespan via telehealth, and I accept Cigna Healthcare, United Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim, Anthem/Blue Cross, and Aetna insurance. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you.
