Introduction

My name is Nicole Bialecki and I am a Licensed Professional. I have been in the mental health field for 9 years. Come join me in a space that is both safe and non-judgmental as we work on some of these challenges. If you desire to work towards restoration on mental health symptoms that include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood concerns, etc., you have surely come to the right place. I will be your formal support as you work through areas of concern to improve everyday functioning. I have worked with various populations, ranging from young children to middle aged adults but my focus is in working with young and middle ages adults. I specialize in PTSD, Anxiety, Depression and mood disorders but have also worked with many other populations. I offer individual and couples counseling. My professional goal is to be clear that I have too faced adversity. Every day stressors can be challenging enough. So let's work together to turn limitations into strengths and face the world with a new mindset. I can be your hope in the days you don't feel it and provide you with the tools to succeed.
