I work with teens, college students and adults to find healing and growth mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I believe that with the right support in and out of the therapy office and effective skills, that everyone is capable of finding healing and growth in their own unique lives. Together we can create a judgment-free place to heal, explore, take risks, and feel seen. You and I can work to understand the challenges you are facing, create goals, develop needed skills and increase self-acceptance, find meaning and purpose, and expand your strengths as you find healing and growth. Healing after grief, trauma and amidst stress is possible. I am dedicated to helping you learn to understand your emotions and triggers, set boundaries and prioritize your needs, increase self-compassion and continue to thrive through a variety of life challenges!
