I became a therapist to help others after experiencing adversity in early adulthood. Clients often tell me they appreciate my ability to truly listen and provide compassionate, yet honest feedback. I work with individuals who are trying to make sense of their relationships—whether they are staying, leaving, or rebuilding afterward. Clients often describe my style as calm, supportive, and direct when clarity is needed. I aim to create a space where you feel heard and understood, without pressure to make decisions before you’re ready. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we explore patterns that developed for understandable reasons, learn how to relate differently to difficult emotions, and strengthen boundaries that support what matters most to you. Therapy with me is not about fixing you. It’s about understanding your experiences, honoring your resilience, and moving forward in a way that feels authentic, steady, and aligned.
