Grounded in a collaborative and humanistic approach to build on your strengths, honor your culture, identities, and work toward creating new paths that fit who you are and where you want to go. I take an integrated approach to therapy because I know every person is unique and deserves support that fits their individual needs. I also bring in the value of peer counseling, recognizing the importance of community support. I have a special interest in working with adults who are navigating depression, trauma and seeking counseling for co-occurring disorders. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS) along with person-centered I offer weekly in person and virtual one hour counseling talk therapy sessions. Whether you're new to therapy or returning, my goal is to create a nonjudgmental safe space where you feel supported to reconnect with yourself and make lasting change.
