I believe that connection and trust form the foundation of meaningful therapy. My approach is warm, curious, and non-judgmental—I'm here to listen and collaborate with you toward the positive change you're seeking. Over my career, I've worked with trauma survivors, teens, young adults, and families in diverse settings, from community programs to residential care. That experience taught me how resilience and healing emerge when people feel truly seen and validated. As a marriage and family therapist, I support individuals, couples and families as they can insight into the purpose and impact of their behaviors and experiences. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy and trauma-focused methods. I work with individuals, couples, and families—whether you're navigating personal struggles or relationship challenges. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to begin, I'd welcome the chance to support you.
