Nicole Davis-Westbrook
Introduction
Nicole holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and is dually licensed as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP). Her integrative approach is rooted in a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s experience, recognizing the interconnectedness of mental health, substance use, and the broader social and emotional environments in which people live. She is committed to whole-person healing, believing that meaningful change happens when all parts of a person’s story are honored and addressed—emotionally, behaviorally, and relationally. Much of Nicole’s career has been shaped by work in nonprofit and community-based mental health systems, where she has supported individuals across the lifespan and provided care during times of acute crisis. Over the past decade, she has also taken on leadership roles that aim to strengthen mental health infrastructure and access. In her private practice, Nicole finds fulfillment in building deep, long-term therapeutic relationships grounded in trust and collaboration. A Seattle resident for over 20 years, she originally moved to the city for graduate school and stayed for the climate, culture, and sense of community. She now lives with her partner, a thriving indoor garden, and a lively group of furry companions.
