I primarily use a short term, problem solving approach also known as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but often use a "Neapolitan" combination approach in working with people to tailor to their each individual needs. I've had extensive training in EX/RP (Exposure Response Prevention) as well as ACT to treat a variety of anxiety disorders including OCD. I also have had training in ecosystemic structural family therapy in which helps examine behavioral patterns in the home. I specialize in working primarily with anxiety disorders as well as OCD and trauma. I have received further training at the University of Pennsylvania to become certified in Prolonged Exposure (PE), to help treat PTSD. I also offer supervision to therapists working towards state licensure as well as provide consultations/supervision to therapists conducting exposure therapy.
