I believe meaningful change begins with curiosity, compassion, and understanding what's really underneath the patterns that bring you to therapy. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 16 years of experience, I work with individuals navigating addiction and recovery, anxiety, trauma, burnout, relationship challenges, and the complexities of perimenopause and menopause. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside yet feel exhausted, numb, or disconnected within. The behaviors and coping strategies that once protected you—perfectionism, people-pleasing, avoidance, overachieving—often developed to shield you from overwhelming feelings or unmet needs. In our work together, we slow down and get curious about what's underneath. I integrate attachment theory, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), motivational interviewing, harm reduction, and mindfulness-based relapse prevention to help you understand your patterns with compassion and build new responses rooted in self-trust rather than fear. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply collaborative. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, with Kaiser Permanente and out-of-network superbill options available.
