I specialize in anxiety, mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorders), trauma/PTSD, suicidal ideation, and self-harm. I also work to assist client's struggling with relationship issues (including polyamory, ENM, infidelity), stress management, and body image (self-esteem, obesity, and weight loss). Starting therapy can feel intimidating, and you don't have to have everything figured out before you begin. There's no right or wrong place to start.
