Introduction

Im Nicole LICSW and the owner of Vive Therapy If you’re the one who keeps everything moving. Whether you’re leading in your career, competing at a high level, supporting the demands of a professional athlete’s lifestyle, or managing the nonstop responsibilities of motherhood, you’ve become exceptionally skilled at carrying a lot. Many of the women I work with are high performers not simply because of their careers, but because of the immense emotional, mental, and logistical demands placed on them every single day. I specialize in working with high-achieving women, professional athletes, the families who support them, and mothers navigating the mental load of modern life. From postpartum through perimenopause, many of my clients are adjusting to significant life transitions while quietly struggling with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, overwhelm, perfectionism, identity shifts, and the exhausting pressure to hold everything together. On the outside, you may appear capable, successful, and dependable. Internally, you may feel emotionally depleted, overstimulated, disconnected from yourself, or stuck in patterns of overfunctioning that no longer feel sustainable. Therapy with me offers a space to step out of survival mode and better understand the patterns shaping your life, relationships, and emotional wellbeing. Together, we work to reduce anxiety and burnout, strengthen boundaries, process difficult transitions, and create meaningful changes that help you feel more grounded, fulfilled, and aligned with the life you actually want to live — not just the life you’ve been managing to maintain. With experience supporting women through demanding seasons of life, I understand the complexity of balancing ambition, caregiving, identity, relationships, and personal wellbeing. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and practical, helping clients build insight, resilience, and sustainable ways of caring for themselves while continuing to thrive. You do not have to keep carrying it all alone.
