Hi, I’m Nicole (she/her)! I’m an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that there is rarely a single “truth” about our experiences. Rather, our understanding of ourselves is shaped through relationships, language, and perspective. Therapy can offer space to reflect, consider new possibilities, and move toward meaningful change. My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, while also integrating attachment-based and narrative perspectives. I’m especially interested in how the stories we carry about ourselves shape how we experience the world. In our work together, we’ll explore those stories, shift unhelpful patterns, and co-author new narratives that feel more aligned with who you are and how you want to live.
