A bit about my approach to therapy I know mental health and substance use carry a lot of stigma, so I work hard to make this a judgment‐free zone where you can feel comfortable and heard. I offer medication management for depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, substance use disorders, mood instability, and more — always aiming for the least medication needed, for the shortest time possible.
