Introduction

I believe healing is a choice, and while no one chooses trauma, each person has the opportunity to decide how to move forward. As a social worker, I work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and elders to address anxiety, depression, and the lasting effects of trauma. My approach centers on creating a safe, compassionate space where you can process your experiences and rediscover your resilience. I use evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family or marital therapy when appropriate. Together, we work to reintegrate the past with the present—making trauma a manageable part of your life rather than a controlling force. Therapy cannot erase what happened, but it can provide the tools and support to foster genuine healing and growth. I offer telehealth sessions and accept Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, and Carelon Behavioral Health. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to walk alongside you.
