I believe the more we understand ourselves, the more intentionally we can choose how we move forward. As a therapist, I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and family concerns, codependency, perfectionism, and life transitions. My experience across mental health and substance use settings has shaped a deep appreciation for how past experiences and emotional wounds influence the way we see ourselves and move through the world. My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and grounded in genuine connection. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT-informed approaches, and mindfulness-based practices—including my own yoga and meditation—to create space for understanding yourself more deeply. Therapy with me is conversational and nonjudgmental, with room for the complicated and imperfect parts of life. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and accept a wide range of insurance plans. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to support you in reconnecting with what matters to you.
