I'm a licensed clinician with experience in both outpatient and acute mental health care, supporting children and adolescents with trauma, mood disorders, suicidal ideation, and self-harming behaviors. I provide trauma-informed, person-centered, and skill-based care, focused on building emotional regulation, resilience, and self-identity. I prioritize utilizing Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to inform clients of applicable skills and build their insight. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in respect for each client’s individuality and lived experience. I am trained in the ARC (Attachment, Regulation, and Competency) framework, which emphasizes healing through relationship-building, emotional regulation, and identity development. I also collaborate with schools and caregivers to develop individualized plans and provide strategies that are effective both in school and at home. With a background that includes working with respected professionals across Boston, I understand how to support families through complex transitions between levels of care. Together, we can find effective interventions to foster care and maintain safety in the home. I’m here to offer a safe, compassionate space and the tools your child needs to grow.
