I believe healing happens when we feel safe enough to understand our experiences, reconnect with ourselves, and listen to what our minds and bodies are telling us. My approach is warm, compassionate, and grounded in the understanding that stress and trauma can live not only in our thoughts, but also in our bodies and nervous systems. If you're here, you might feel constantly on edge, shut down, or stuck in reactions that seem bigger than the moment. Maybe you’ve tried to push through. Maybe you understand why you feel this way, and it still hasn’t changed. That makes sense. Stress and trauma don’t only live in our thoughts. They live in the body and nervous system. They can show up as chronic pain, a body that won’t relax, disrupted sleep, gut issues, and responses that happen before we have a chance to decide. Over time, that can pull us away from ourselves and the people we love. Our work is a conversation. I stay curious about what your responses have been trying to say, and how they connect to the relationships and pressures around you. I believe you are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you as we make sense of your experiences. From there, we collaborate to help you feel more present and more connected.
