Introduction

We are Behavioral Health Therapists working with individuals and families across their lifespan who are navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and the unique challenges that arise during major life transitions. We have experience supporting people through pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum periods—times when mental health often needs extra attention. Our approach draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, and family/marital therapy principles in addition to other therapeutic modalities to help you build practical skills and work through what's weighing on you. We work with teenagers, young adults, adults, and older adults, and are currently accepting new clients. We offer both telehealth and in-person appointments, and we accept Cigna Healthcare, Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, HUSKY Health, UnitedHealthcare, and United Behavioral Health.
