Starting therapy doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. Often it simply means you’re ready for support, perspective, or a place to talk through what’s been feeling heavy or difficult. Many of the people I work with are managing work, family, and daily responsibilities while feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure how to move forward. I have over 15 years of experience working with individuals and families and more than 10 years as a licensed therapist. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, often incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) when it is helpful. I strive to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental, while also being honest and direct in the work we do together. I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing concerns related to anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, and parent-child concerns. I also provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and aim to offer a culturally competent and diversity-aware environment where people feel respected and understood. I strive to support clients in building insight, practical skills, and confidence as they work toward meaningful change.
