Introduction

I am a compassionate counselor on a mission to help others overcome difficult life challenges by building their knowledge and hope. My therapy program is integrative and includes psychodynamic trauma processing, EMDR, and strengths-based motivational interviewing. I specialize in helping clients process trauma, manage symptoms of mood disorders such as depression and anxiety, and increase self-esteem and self-compassion. I operate my own private practice, Compassionist Counseling Services LLC, but I practice therapy under the supervision of Karen Seif, LMFT. My services are more geared toward adult populations, but I can help teens ages 14 and up as well. I offer telehealth services only and currently only accept private pay. However, I have a variety of free mental health tools and videos on my website, feel free to check it out at compassionistcounseling.com ! Thank you for reading, and may you be gentle with yourself.
